Policies

To ensure every guest receives the best possible experience, we ask that you take a moment to review our salon policies.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At GHOST we value our team’s time and aim to provide a fair booking experience for all clients. When appointments are missed or cancelled late, it prevents us from offering that time to other guests.

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be recorded as a no-show.

First Cancellation or No-Show

On the first occasion, no fee may be charged at our discretion.
However, future appointments will require full payment upfront at the time of booking.

Repeated Cancellations or No-Shows

After the first occurrence, a cancellation fee will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
The fee will be 50% of the booking for a late cancellation and 100% for a no-show.
All future appointments must be paid in full in advance and will be non-refundable if cancelled late or missed.

Discretion

All cancellation and no-show fees are applied at the salon’s discretion.
We understand that genuine emergencies happen and will always assess situations fairly and reasonably.

Running Late

We allow a 15 minute grace period if you are running late. After this, we may not be able to complete all of your booked services without impacting other clients. In this instance, we would do all services that we can in the time available and any that can't be completed will still be charged.

Agreement

By booking an appointment with GHOST, clients acknowledge and accept this cancellation and no-show policy.

Advance Payments

We may take payment in full at the time of booking:

* For an appointment lasting more than two hours, such as hair colour; or
* If you missed your last appointment with us.

Hair Extensions

After a consultation for hair extensions, we will provide you with a quote for the hair extensions and the fitting. The cost of the extensions and products is payable upfront when booking and non-refundable. The cost of the fitting is payable at the end of the appointment.

Hair Colour

If you are new to hair colour or have not had a colour at Ghost in the last 6 months or longer, you will be required to come in for a quick allergy alert test at least 48 hours before your colour appointment.
