OUR COVID-19 GUIDELINES
Whilst we have been given the date of the 12th April to re-open, this is still subject
to an assessment of the data against the 4 tests set out by the Government.
As such we are not opening up our phone lines for bookings just yet, until we get closer and it is confirmed by the Government that we will be given the go ahead to open. In the mean time, please be patient with us. We can't wait to see you all!
CHILDREN MUST BE 5 YEARS AND OVER.
10 years onwards must wear a mask; We will only be shampooing if your child is wearing a mask (applies for all ages)
Children must be able to be seated in a cutting chair unattended by an adult.
PPE will be supplied free of charge.

Our doors will be back open on the 6th of July from 9am!
We will be contacting all clients who had appointments scheduled prior to the closure and as many regular clients as we can.
Our phone lines will open from the 29th of June!
Please do not send messages via social media or email, as in the interest of fairness to all, we will only make appointments via phone.
Our teams will be working longer hours to try and accommodate as many people as quickly as possible, so please bare with us.
We are currently in the impossible position of trying to reschedule over three months of our clients, who all want that first appointment. We can not wait to see you all!
We will be doing appointments only, meaning no walk in service available.
We ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointment; please appreciate we are trying to see everyone and are running on a strict schedule
We will ask you to sign in upon arrival.
Please do not come into the salon if you or anyone in your contact or household has shown any COVID-19 symptoms.
Payments as normal.
Clients will be asked to sanitise hands upon arrival and have temperatures taken.
Please do not arrive with gloves on, for your safety and our staff, clients will be provided with full PPE and will be expected to use it upon arrival to protect yourself and all our staff. PPE will be supplied free of charge.
Please keep your hand's inside the cape during your service.
Only one person at a time per stylist, this means you MUST come alone, no partners, children or friends.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer children's cuts at this time, unless they are over the age of 13, thus being old enough to not be accompanied by an adult.
Unfortunately fringe trims are unavailable at this time.
We can not offer refreshments at this time, please bring your own drinks if required. Please bring minimal belongings into the salon. A small bag will be provided for personal goods, these will remain with you at all times and everything that comes with you MUST leave with you.
We will not be providing magazines.
We have the right to refuse a service at any time.
GHOST has three premier salons, situated in Selsdon, Purley and West Wickham. We offer a wide range of hair services, from a simple cut & blow dry to long luscious hair extensions. Using our premium products L'Oréal Proffesional, Kérastase and GHD. We also offer Brazilian blowdries and many other services.
Our highly experienced teams in each salon provide vast knowledge and in every salon there is an in-house L'Oréal colour degree expert. We are a unisex salon and also child friendly, so all the family are welcome.
Our family run business was launched over 25 years ago, with Pete and Andie opening the first Croydon salon in 1991.
Our salons provide professional but close relationships with staff and clients alike. We have maintained our reputation and strive to provide an excellent service.

Here at Ghost, we are dedicated to providing a high standard of service.
Your appointment with us is reserved especially for you, and we understand that sometimes scheduled adjustements
are necessary; therefore we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
As the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply under the following circumstances:
- Less than 24 hours note will result in a charge equal to 50% of the services booked.
- 'No shows' will be charged 100% of the services booked.
- Only under extreme circumstances, management may waiver the cancellation policy.
- All promotions are not in conjunction with any other offer.
- We have the right to change our prices without notice.
- Deposits are required when valid.
- All promotions and loyalty offers are subject to change without notice.
- 48 hour skin test must be carried out before any colour services for new clients.
